Pega Customer Service Framework

I am new to Pega Solution. I want to build Customer Service solution for call center as education/self learning project

I want to download Customer Service Framework for the same purpose. How can I download various pega frameworks?

Hi Santosh,

To get the Pega Customer Service framework you need raise a request to Pega-Support.

Below is the installation guide for pega customer service 7.21:

You also need some pre-requisite hotfixes which you need to install before installing the framework and for that also you need to raise a request with Pega-Support.
