Pega to Pega mash up using Customer Service framework
Hi there,
We are using Pega CS framework, and there is a need for mashup from another Pega application as an intentent task.
Is there any recommendation from Pega (we are not using FCM) ?
I have seen the Non-native task option but not sure how to integrate with external Pega application. Is there any document available? The below documents are 6.2, and we are using 7.2.2.
