workgroup is not showing under Team post upgrade from Pega 7.1.9 to Pega8.3
Operator IDs lose Work Group after upgrade to Pega 8 in Test07
Our application got recently upgraded from Pega 7.1.9 to Pega8.3. However post upgrade whenever we are trying to save any operator id(migrated from Pega7) getting error as Workgroup can not be blank.
However Workgroup is there on the XML I mean pyWorkGroup property is set on the XML but still this is failing to fetch the same under Team.
As per our analysis in Pega 7.1.9 pyWorkgroup property used to be there on ruleform . This is a single value property.
Now in P8.3 ther property on rulefrom got changed to pyWorkGroupName which should be populating pyWorkGroup in the backend.
There is a new property called pyWorkGroupList to capture multiple value as in P8 it supports multiple values for Team. The validation rule is failing as the pyWorkgroup is not getting populated in pyWorkGroupList property automatically.
Is this a known issue? is there a hotfix available?

I really dont see this as an issue. Its a new feature in Pega where a user can be associated with multiple workgroups and thats the reason property was changed to List.
So the best option here is to update the operator Id's again to add the Workgroup.
