Recently updated rules missing post upgrade from 7.1.8 to 7.1.9

Hi All,

We were trying to update PRPC from 7.1.8 to 7.1.9 and are facing issues.

Whenever an update is performed to 7.1.9, the most recently updated rules are missing from the system. We tried to search the missing rules in the application but we couldn’t find them.

We tried upgrading after checking in all rules but still can not see them in application.

Has anyone faced such issue during upgrade from 7.1.8 to 7.1.9 ?

Did you get any errors during the update?  Can you check the log files and share the details of errors, if any, from the log file?
