Workbasket configuration in Approve shape
In this scenario, assignments exist in a workbasket, users (who have role and access to WB) pull it by using GetNextAssignment. After reviewing case info, user needs to provide approval. I am using Approval shape to enable email approval easily. In case designer, this shape is providing two options Workbasket or Operator for this scenario.
- When Workbasket is used, how to provide WB name, role/workgroup?
- In case of Operator option, have to mention operator id in design time. If property reference is used instead of operator then case is routing to Administrator. Is there a way to send operator name in run time?

As suggested above, Please raise an SR for the workbasket issue and for the other concern of passing operator dynamically also.
For passing dynamic operator ids you can also use internal flows (referred by approval shape) directly as they can take dynamic parameters.
Mentioned the SRs here once raised.

Hi,
I did some local testing and some research on this and found the following:
-Testing locally in 7.1.8 there is no 'Workbasket" option in the dropdown.
-Testing locally in 7.1.9 I see the same as you've captured in your screenshots.
-The 7.1.9 help does not reference "Workbasket" as an option.
-The 7.2 help references "Work Queue" as an option.
It looks like you may have found a product issue. You may want to enter an SR for this.
