Workaround for displaying States IN and MS does not work
For the issue with displaying of states IN and MS as mentioed in https://pdn.pega.com/support-articles/incorrect-state-codes-formatting-d... I tired creating a new Field Value Ms. and set the value to MS. This did not work. Also tried with MS. with value as MS. Even this did not work. Are we saying that once the drop down options were changed from MS to Ms. the platform again tries to check for field Ms. and then convert it to MS with the implementation of the resolution?

Hi,
I was able to fix the issue. When I created a new Field value for MS, I had the apply to class as Rule-Obj-FieldValue. This will not work. I then created a new rule with the apply to class as @baseclass and I was able to see the translated value for MS in the state dropdown.

Please find the screenshot for MS and MS. rules and the corresponding UI. However, when I create a field value with IN I see the changes as mentioned above.

Hi,
