Export to Excel on Reports definition does not work

Hello,

I have ran the report definition and from report browser, from action I have clicked on export to excel. showing message as "There has been an issue, contact with your system administrator". 

getting below error in log file:

for other reports this Export to excel is working. Facing issue with only one report.

 

Note: I am using Pega 8.1.9 Version.

If other reports are working then for you then there is a config problem with your current report.

Please try removing columns one by one and retesting the excel export to determine if the issue is caused by a particular column.
