BIX extract does not work properly

We have an extract, called BIX_XML_HistoryReinsuranceWork

The result of fullfilment of this extract is in attachment, we have 265 lines in table item.

The problem is next: in this file , we have only 4 columns in table item. But in real the colums should more than 4.

If we will discard the check "get all properties", and select manually the needed columns, the result we get is 0 lines.

Please let me know what all details you got in pega rules log.
