Work queues displayed in App Studio

How do you configure a work queue to display in App Studio? In my application I see three work queues that I can select in App Studio for assignment routing. In Dev Studio I see all work queues in the system for assignment routing. I tried using relevant records but that does not have an option for work queues.

App Studio will display the work queues associated with your work group. The work group is specified on the work queue rule. I didn't see a place to edit this in App Studio.
