Display work queues in Pega constellation
Hi, I have requirement to show the list of work queues in constellation. Once user clicks on WQ he should show the customized columns. I have tried with ToDo but it's a widget and can not edit. if anyone has better solution?

Widgets can't be extended or customized. I can think of implementing Promoted Filers on the Landing by providing the option for users to select a WorkBasket in the Filter option. However, it requires a unified view for all Workbasket.
The alternative would be a custom DX component.

@RameshSangili Thanks Ramesh it's working. But one more thing is I have joined Assign-Workbasket with work class to have some columns from work class on grid. But while selecting columns I am not getting colums from work class. I have columns mentioned in RD.
1. Create RD in Assign-Workbasket.
2. Joined with the Work class.
3. Mentioned the work class columns in list with prefix e.g WB.Number.
4. Trying to search for a column to show on UI.
5. Not able to see work class fields in list.

That's a limitation to show the data from the joined table. However, you can populate the columns from the Work table to either pyDescription, pyLabel or @baseclass properties in the Response data transform.

Hi @KanchanC8890,
If you want to show the work item in Todo Widget you can enable this check box.
For customized columns you can create a separate table view in the portal by using this "D_WorkBasket" OOTB rule.

@JayabalajiS16892686 yeah but at the end we are calling RD right. But here joins is not working with Work class.

I have created a Data Page with RD as "pyGetWorkBasket" which is in Assign-WorkBasket class in that I have joined my work class properties.
