Could you please help in finding answers to the below:

1. Can an operator be associated with more than work group at a time?

2. Can an operator be associated with more than work queue at a time?

My understanding is - "When we create an operator, though we have option to add multiple work groups to it under work Tab,but only one can be selected at a time and since work queues are dependent upon the work group, work queue associated with selected work group will be available for the operator. Therefore, Operator cannot have access to more than one work group and work queue at a time."

Please let me know if my understanding is correct?
