Work Group Assigned to Operator
Hi,
In Operator "Work" tab, I had added a Work Group "LIQUserWG" and Access Group "Manager" is properly assigned , but when he Log into the system , he is not able to see the work items in his list and also the Team Member of that work group assigned to him , All other operators assigned the same Work Group and same Access group can able to see , proper work items and also the team members assigned to that work group.
Need your help to resolve the same .

I faced the same challenge as my operators are designated to more than one workgroup.
However you can modify the rule pyTeamMembers in Data-Admin_WorkGroup class:
(1) Save it to your own ruleset
(2) Replace or fix the field value in the heading - Members ()
(3) If necessary also delete the edit field.
(4) In the settings tab choose "dashboard widget" and fill out the necessary fields
(5) Now you can select the widget in the Management Portal.
In my case all team members of a WorkGroup are displayed appropriately and change whenever I change my Work Group.

I looked at the OOTB Case Manager portal in my 7.2.2 system and see the Team Member list is displayed via the pyTeamMembersWidget section. This section references pyTeamMembersWidgetGrid. In this section I see the list is obtained from the D_pyTeamMembersInMyWorkGroup data page and the WorkGroup parameter is specified as D_PortalContextGlobal.pyActiveWorkGroup.
If you are using these same rules, can you check to see if the value of D_PortalContextGlobal.pyActiveWorkGroup is correct?
