Why not PSA but SFA?
It is Pega Sale's Automation then why it is not referred as PSA , i want to know why it is referred as SFA

Hi Gowri,
Sales Force Automation was the name of the product. In the past few releases it is being renamed as Pega Sales Automation.
So you might find that at some places it is still referred as SFA OR may be in previous release document.
