Total number of questions for PSA exam

Does anyone know how many total questions are in the System Architect pool?

I know the exam has 60 questions but what I want to know is how many questions are in the database that will be randomly generated for the test?

Also are the questions in the module quizzes and final mission exams the same as what will be on the actual exam or are the questions entirely different?

There are 60 questions on the PCSA 8.4 exam. To protect the integrity of the Pega Certification program, we do not share information such as the entire number of questions in our exam banks. 

The questions in the mission quizzes and mission test are examples of the types of questions that might be asked on the certification exam, but they are not 1-to-1 with the questions that are asked on the certification exam.
