Integration with Outlook via PegaCRM SFA (EWS)

HI  All . we have requirement to integrate with with EWS to update and retreive the appointment , read the email and send the email

Pega SFA version - 7.13.1

Pega Base fframework - 7.1.7

When i checked the OOTB rules of SFA framework , i wasnt able to identify any rules which retrieves the appointment from outlook and also read the email

Do i need to write a customized activity to address this or is there any limitation in the SFA framework

Please help to share your thoughts on this
