How can I customize a FINAL rule? There is validation specifically designed to prevent you from doing this. I'm a little concerned by the statement "This answer came from a Pega gen-AI assistant", because if this AI is suggesting I customize a final rule, then it's given completely incorrect information.
How can I ask the Pega Sales Automation team whether they've made this change as part of a design decision? Are you able to contact the person who last updated this rule for me?
My feeling is that this rule was made final by mistake. It would be very helpful for me to have a patch for this.
