which is the best way to specialise a rule by circumstance,ruleset or class and why?

@TanyaS58 It's depend on the requirement of your problem statement. On nutshell keep those points in mind while designing .
- If requirement needs more security on the application compare to class specialization
- When u want precedence lower then go for this , because class takes precedence first .
- You get OOTB many functionalities of inheritance when go with class spezializations
- Many classes are already present OOTB in pega so it easily takes data from other classes too.
- RS specialization is best when needed security specializations on Rule level itself.

Compared to all three specialization techniques in Pega, Class specialization will give you the most flexibility and reusability, providing the most out-of-the-box security flexibility, Classes take precedence during the rule resolution and more.
As you require, you can use the appropriate method of specialization technique to get the best output.
