Guardrail score and compliance - Why?
Hi
May I know if there is any pega article which tells WHY guardrail scores and compliance scores need to be improved? Need this to make a client business team understand the importance.
Moderation team - please share the benefits of improving and the loses in not working upon the guardral and compliance
PS: I have come across some articles that talk about how the scores are calculated, but I am interested in the "why" part of it. Please share article/responses accordingly
