Where can I download the Pega for Outlook Office add-in?
Sorry I am really new to Pega/Sales Automation, please forgive me if the question is too easy or improper.
We want use the add-in to have better integration between Sales Automation and Outlook, but I am really having trouble of finding the Outlook add-in. Could anyone tells me where I can download it?

There are actually two different add-ins available. The preferred approach is to use Office add-in which is configured on the Exchange server and requires no download for clients. There is also the alternative VSTO add-in that is installed on each client.
