How Pega Outlook Add-in authenticate with Office 365

Hello,

How Pega (Sale Automation) Outlook Add-in (in 8.1) authenticate with Office 365 in order to get the attachments from email?

Since in Pega 8.1 it doesn't need an impersonation account to work.

Does it use an access token provided by Pega or does it use the user cookie? (Or another way?)

This functionality is also provided in HFIX-48847 that uses oauth in order to connect to Office 365.

Hi @RayanA32,

Checking the SR conversations, I read that the issue is resolved with the note- "after tracing using fiddler and tracing the OOTB activities we understood what we needed and found a solution that we need".

So we assume the solution has been achieved.
