What to specify in Access When to achieve "User should be able to create case but should not have permission to work on the case."
Could you please help me how to acheive the below requirement
EFRManager works on EFR Case Type. As part of the EFR case type flow he should be able to create FIT Case Type. Once after he created he should not be having permission to work on the FIT case type. In Access role to object rule if I give 0 to write instance , he is not able to create FIT case type. What I would like to achieve here is
" EFRManager should have access to create FIT Case Type , but he should not work on it. "
Please let me know what type of condition I need to keep in Access When rule ( At Write Instances Place) in Access role to Object to achieve this requirement.
My Thought : Not sure this is achievable or not. If there are any OOTB properties or Pages available only case creation time then I can refer those in Access When rule. Let me know if there are any properties or Pages. If this won't work plz advice other approaches.
Thanks & Regards,
Savitha
