User is not able to access cases
We have a production user who has manager access but being a manager , we have assigned all other access groups to him which is supervisor and operator but still he is not able to pull cases from operator's worklist.
Any idea what could be wrong?
Note: He also has Operator's and Supervisor role available in his access group.

No there is no error message on the screen, just that nothing happens. Nothing on the logs either

Is it something you only experiencing in Production? How about in Development? Nothing happens even if you trace the click on a case, you don't see any activity been triggered?

Hi Marc,
Nothing is happening when the user clicks on the assignment, however when she clicks on the dispute and it opens in review mode, then there are two issues that I can see in tracer:
1. on D_SmartInfo Page - com.pega.pegarules.pub.clipboard.InvalidReferenceException: The reference DataSource is not valid. Reason: FUAInstance-NullMyStepPage
2. Code-Pega-Requestor - SetFormsAccess: Steps 4 and 6 are failing
