I am not able to open the list of cases in a work basket in a User portal.
Hi,
In the user portal, I can see the that the work queue has open tasks, but when I click on the queue, it does not open with the list of cases.
Please see the attached screen shot for you reference.

I don't see any Action on a Click event has been configured in OOTB section "pyWorkQueueListItemForTeam" (RuleSet: UI-Kit).
I don't think this option was present before Pega 7.

Hello Rashmi,
What happens when you click on that? Have you used a tool like fiddler to see if there is a request being sent to the server? Are you seeing any errors in the logs or elsewhere?

Use pega tracer to trace the generation of both the work list coming up empty and another work list. Do they both use the same report rule or obj-browse to harvest the contents of the list? Do they both harvest some contents? If they both retrieve contents, you know the empty list is due to a problem after the harvesting. If your empty list one doesn't even harvest any items, then your issue is with the harvesting itself. /Eric

Have you added "UI-Kit-7:xx-xx-xx" in your Application Stack?
Have you referred "pyCMMyWorklist" section in "pyWorkerPortalContent" section?

Thank you for your response Sarang.
I haven't done either of these. I am just using the default portals those were created by the wizard while application creation.
Please let me know if I have to explicitly do this. If yes, please let me know the steps of action in detail for the same.
The work Manager portal is working fine. This issue is only with the work user portal.

Please add "UI-Kit-7:xx-xx-xx" in your Application RuleSet Stack which might solve the issue.
If you are still getting the issue, do refer "pyCMMyWorklist" section in "pyWorkerPortalContent" section.
NB: Please use Pega given Live UI tool, to identify different sections on a particular portal.

Hi Sarang,
Sorry for the delayed response(I was working on a different issue).
Both the below are done. The UI kit, I have now added and the "pyCMMyWorklist" section is already present in the "pyWorkerPortalContent" section.
Still not working !!!
I want to make it clear that i see these sections when i click on "My work" on the left navigation panel. I can also see the list of cases assigned to the user there. (The worklist concept).
But what is not working is, when I click on "My Teams" on the left navigation panel, and I try to click on the work group name on the right hand side in the "pyEditWorkQueuesForTeam" section, I don't see the list of cases assigned to my work group/work basket (Though i see the number of open tasks in the braces).
Is this click (on the work basket) supposed to display all the open cases in that work basket for a user portal ?( It was like that in version 6, I hope its not changed in 7. This is the default OOTB user portal that I am using.)
Please do guide me on the same.
