Able to open unauthorized cases if case is locked
Hello everyone
In Pega 7.2 version we stumbled upon a situation, when user is able to open case, for which access when in his ARO returns falls if this case is locked by another user. This happens on dasboard workbasket gadget because in WorkLock activity locking failure message is written instead of no authorization message. The activity is Final and we cannot change it.
The case is not opened as fully functional Review harness. It opens a basic harness from Work class without any data(even no case id) as you can see on scrrenshot attached. But still, it is not user friendly or convenient in any way.
Can someone, please, advice on how to resolve this situation?

I just checked my system and see the LockInfo harness is displayed, which is an available rule that can be customized. Does the same harness display in your system?

Yes, the same, but no data is loaded at all, because user don't have rights to open case. I would need to show NoID or NoWorkID, or something custom. This harness gives no information about user rights to open case, actually in the state when no data is loaded, it shows no info at all and only causes confusion.
