What is different with work group and team in Pega Marketing
I want to know what is different with work group and team?? or same.
I think work grope is form.This form include Reporting structure.
So that is to say,Operator Reporting structure is content in work grope.
I don't know definition of team.
Please teach me about work group and team.

That document states "Changing Pega Terminology to Industry Standards"
In one of the point it mentioned "Workgroup" becomes "team".
In that case both the Workgroup and team are same.
