I need some support. We set up Pega Marketing on our client, we created a New Application, but I can't associate the access group. It associates the permissions on the user in "Switch apps" in the options: Pega Marketing for Communications and Pega Marketing.

When I try to register an offer in Content> offer, with the group view "Pega Marketing for Communications" it presents the error: ERROR - No open ruleset versions evaluable, however, it does not open the Contect choice for that option. When I change the view to PegaMarkeying, in the upper corner of the user, which returns to APP Studio, when trying to create, it presents new Issue Class - An Issue and Group must be selected. It reverses, Context this time enables, and Categorization no longer enables.

Could you help us? We have tried in many ways and without success.
