What is different with Default and PegaMKT-Work in e-mail accounts of Pega marketing
Hi,all.I'm beginner at Pega marketing and implementation of Pega marketing.
Please teach me that What is different with Default and PegaMKT-Work in e-mail accounts of Pega marketing.
I know these different and role.And dose PegaMKT-Work needs additional processing??

Hi Takeshi,
There is not much different in both accounts. We can use both interchangeably.
PegaMKT-Work is application specific account, It is usually created in the Application ruleset to handle the application work objects.

Yes, You can use it.
if you have configured an email account for the workgroup, its cases will use that
if not configured default will get picked up.
