Email account for Pega Marketing
I'm on implementation of Pega Marketing following the instructions in the "Pega Marketing Implementation Guide 8.2".
Name of my application is MKTApps.
Following is question.
Implementation guide shows you click the email account that you want to update:Default or Pega-Work.
1)It's neccesary to update both account??
2)Name of my application is MKTApps.Name of customer class is MKTApps-Data-Customer.This class inherit PegaMKT-Data-Customer.Name of my organization is MKTOrg??
In this case,PegaMKT-Work account is valid in my application and It isn't neccesary toconfigure new email account??Ex) MKTOrg-MKTApps-Work or MKTApps-Work.
If it's neccesary to configure new email account which name of is MKTApps-Work,how I configure this account??
Now I can only select MKTOrg-MKTApps-Work ...

Hi Takeshi,
Whenever you are sending emails from offers, you can choose the account from which you can send the email. By default. 'Default' email account is selected.
If you want to use an account in PegaMKT-Work class , you need to create and configure it.
To configure a new account in your class, you can use Email Wizard.(Configure>>Integration>> Email>> Email Wizard )
Or you can go to RecordsExplorer>> Integration-Resources>>Email Account and create new.
