Problems to save an e-mail

Hi all,

I am trying to save an e-mail,I followed according to this suggestion (https://collaborate.pega.com/question/save-open-outlook-email-msg-file) but after save it, appeared this message that I can`t open the file (attachment).

obs: I checked the permission and nothing changed.

can someone help me
