What is the cause of Email listener log error message when trying to create a work object?

I am getting a Below error in log when Email Listern is trying to create a work object

Eror Message:

Caused by: com.pega.apache.axis2.AxisFault: ERROR (326): Required field cannot be blank.; Trouble Ticket : State_Id.

What would cause this issue.

Where are you capturing State_Id property ? Perhaps in your flow in the new harness ? When you create a work item via mail listener, generally the new harness is skipped.

You may need to think of a design approach so that while creating workobject via email, the values are auto populated for mandatory properties like State_Id
