What are the impacts (if any) of not installing previous version hotfixes on an application when already doing an upgrade?
We are in a process of upgrading our application from 8.7.3 to Infinity 23.1.2
We have several critical uninstalled hotfixes in the current version of Pega i.e. 8.7.3.
Our assumption is since we are going to be upgrading to the new version of Pega, Pega would have already taken care of hotfixes that were released for old version to be already included in the new product when upgrading. Thereby we should not see issues addressed by those hotfixes to be reappearing in newer versions of Pega which in our case is Infinity 23. Please let us know if this is correct assumption.
