My Security Hotfixes
You can open the My Security Hotfixes page of My Pega directly by clicking the link provided in your Client Advisory (CAD) case.
Alternatively, in My Pega, see the menu > and click .
On the page My Security Hotfixes, see the tool tip, the Organization list with your default account affiliation selected, and two tabs:
- Available Hotfixes
- Download History
If you are affiliated with more than one account, you can select another account affiliation in the Organization drop-down list.
Available Hotfixes lists the hotfixes currently available to you for download.
The available hotfixes are listed in a table containing columns labeled HOTFIX NAME and PUBLISH DATE for each hotfix.
Click the Filter icon for each column if you need to filter the list.
On the Available Hotfixes page, take these steps to download the hotfix that you need:
- In the HOTFIX NAME column, click the link of a hotfix to expand the hotfix details:
- Detailed Description
- Date of Publication
- A table listing the Product | Version | Release | Hotfix ID | Download
- Filter these columns as needed.
- Click the Download link to download the hotfix that you need for the Product, Version, and Release.
- The page shows the DL file being downloaded with a message stating that the DL file will open after it is downloaded.
The DL file opens in your Downloads folder.

At any time, you can click Return to Hotfixes to go back to the main page, My Security Hotfixes.
In Download History, you can see the Download History for <your selected account affiliation> and the list of Security hotfixes that you have downloaded from this new site.
If you are affiliated with multiple organizations, select the relevant account from the Organization drop-down list in the top right corner of the page.
Click Refresh to update the list if needed.
The page displays a table with columns labeled HOTFIX NAME | DOWNLOADED PRODUCT | DOWNLOADED RELEASE | HOTFIX ID | DOWNLOADED DATE.
You can filter all columns of this table.
If you are not affiliated with an account in My Support Portal, you do not have access to the Security Hotfix section of My Pega. Instead, you see the following error message:
You are not authorized to view this page.
You are not affiliated to the correct account for your organization to view the full My Security Hotfixes experience. Contact your Support Administrator, who can affiliate you to the correct account.
