Is there any sample application to show how a case type is included and simulated in the WebChat 8.1 ? Also some examples of what are the possible use cases ?

can i run WebChat interface on personal edition .  As part of https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/pega-customer-service/web-chatbot this article it is mentioned that customer service framework and chat server is Prerequisites. Is this understanding correct
