Wait shape not working with Date-Time property

Hi Team,

It is observed that the WAIT shape is not actually pausing the case when the wait is configured using a DATE/TIME property. But if i re-configure the WAIT shape using a Date(only date ,not date time) property it is behaving properly. Is there any reason for this behaviour
