Wait for retry display due time on screen
Hi - For Wait shape, how to show/ display wait due time on work object page?
Here, i set for 5 mins - How to display this wait time on screen..?

I think there is no OOTB feature to support this requirement.
If you are using Pega customer service then once CSR accepts the interaction a timer gets started. Please try to explore that component or else try to use javascript to achieve this.

In wait shape we will have two options
- Reference date/time
- Set date/time interval
For achieving your business need, you can go for Reference date/time option. If you selected this option you will get a field to refer property, create a date/time property and refer it in wait shape time field. Before wait shape connector have a data transform and build your logic like how much time case needs to be wait.
For Example = You refereed CaseWaitTime property in wait shape. Then in data transform have this logic
CaseWaitTime = @addToNow(0,0,0,5).
Pega will resume the case from wait shape based on the time value which you are setting in property. This property value will be avail in your case also. You can refer this property and can show your instruction time in UI easily.
If you are using Set date/time interval option, then also you will be able to get the time information from System-ServiceLevel-DefaultEntry table. Pega will maintain the wait shape timer information in 2 below mentioned tables.
- Assign-WorkBasket
- System-ServiceLevel-DefaultEntry.
For this you need to have report definition with a join condition of 2 mentioned class Assign-WorkBasket & System-ServiceLevel-DefaultEntry.

Hi,
I think there is no ootb feature available. You need to customize the ootb section which is using for all wait shapes.
Customize the "pyContinueAfterWait" to display time as per requirement. But customizing "pyContinueAfterWait" is not best practise it will refer in all wait screens.
