VM and Excercise System Instance
Hi Team,
I need help with the following as i am preparing for Decisioning Consultant Certifications
1) Is there a VM which i can download For Decisioning Consultant and CRM to practice.
2) After an exercise, if i do mistakes i want to revert back the propensity of a Customer. How can i do that.
As i am unable to proceed with the course without this.
3) How do I ensure to force close the exercise system so that all the values and data are reset for me to try again.

Hi Satya,
Our lessons use a cloud-based exercise system, which "times out" after 4 hours of inactivity. After the system times out, you can request a fresh system.

Great to hear you are getting certified on decisioning.
Regarding the cloud-based exercise system. There is no need to roll back the state of your system. You can simply create another adaptive model or another decision strategy to achieve the same goal.
BTW, there is no downloadable exercise system.
