unable to login in excercise system

Hi, I am not able to login through 'MarketingAnalyst@PegaMktASG' user name but able to login through '[email protected]' in exercise system. When I am trying to login through 'MarketingAnalyst@PegaMktASG', it is saying 'The information you entered was not recognized. Till yesterday I was able to login, from today I am facing this issue.

Please help me out.
