Reset Excercise System

Hi, I am using Pega Exercise system to learn the Pega BPM. I created the case type 'Assistance request' and then deleted to do a fresh start. Now Exercise system (Pega Cloud) does not allow me to create the same case type again. I think all the records are not deleted and there is some references left.

can you please let me know how I can reset my exercise environment (v8.2) ?

From the course overview page, click Options (just under the course title). Then, from the list of options, click Reset exercise system.

I'm looking to have my exercise reset and not sure what you are referring to as my exercise only has a link to the Pega system, and nothing else.
