Excercise system: This page isn’t working

I'm trying to open the excercise system but the only screen I get is:

This page isn’t working
paex37-ap.pegacloud.io redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I cleared my cookies, restarted my pc, tried the incognito mode in chrome ... but still.
