Version 7.1.7 7.2 Substitute operator Not picked during Unavailable From Dates
Hello All,
Does any had similar problem, Substitute operator (Default to Assignee) is not getting picked up while using "ToWorkParty".
I have one of operator ID unavailable from January 1st 2017 to February 28th 2017 and a valid operator ID given as "Default to Assignee" , but still assignment is created to original user.
It works fine only when i unchecked the below, i only want the operator not to receive any new assignments during these two months.
Is this is a bug or it's the normal behaviour.

Hi Naveen,
Could you share the tracer file of your use case for our further analysis along with your configuration screenshots. Meanwhile i found a bug in the ToWorkParty activity functionality as explained in below article,
Kindly check the tracer details for the root cause of the failure.

NaveenM4274, did you happen to solve the issue you were describing in this thread? I'm trying to use this "unavailability feature" and it seems that PRPC is not routing assignments into a substitute User that I picked from the list of users.
