Using Previous or PreviousOperator
I am trying to make a case where users can go one step back.
I came across two Flow Actions called "Previous" and "PreviousOperator". I tried setting them up as local actions but when this actions are run, they don't go back a step but go right back to the first step in a process and still have a same assignment before the actions were ran.
How do I use Previous or PreviousOperator?
Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

Hi Evita,
I wasn't clear enough about the requirements. I was using Cascading Approval and wanted to use PreviousOperator here. In the end, I ended up creating a local action with a custom activity that changes the iteration number and assignment to the previous row in the page list of assignments.

Hi Taiki,
You can use the Screenflow harness. The Harness has default buttons which lets you navigate through all the stages of the Case. You have "Back" "Next" and "Finish" buttons.
For a screenflow, create a new flow and in the Additional configuration options select the Standard template for screenflows. Do let me know if this helps.

Thanks for the reply.
Far as I know, screen flow is for splitting steps within the step when user is the same (like a wizard like format).
Each step is assigned to different operators. Would I still be able to use ScreenFlow for this?

HI Taiki,
The default behavior always routes work in screen flows initially to user worklists. You can work around the default behavior and assign a screen flow initially to a workbasket.
