Users are complaining slowness in a specific time in production

Users are complaining between 2 and 3 pm as they are seeing some slowness, how we can debug that scenario? What will be the approach?

If you are aware of the node, check for any RequestorLockException or ThreadDumps around the time in the particular node's PegaRULES log and verify PegaALERTS (in GMT format) during the same time for any poor performing operations. (Try to pick the alerts which aren't just above the threshold)

If you're unsure of a node, you need to check both the logs on all the nodes (web nodes) at least.

Also, Pega PDC (Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud) comes in handy to monitor/filter the usage/alerts during a specific time.

I am not suggesting/solving any issue and but this is an approach one should be taking for performance issues.
