Use of Functions in BIX Extract rule
Hi
We are currently using Pega 7.1.8 and BIX with 07-10-17 with highest ruleset version.
For one of the requirement I am trying to see if we can use any function to restrict the extraction data to extract till yesterdays data only(Only extract Data created or Updated Yesterday from the last run time).
I want to limit the data to only extract till yesterday and I want to use incremental approach too.
please suggest if there is any possibility for BIX to do it.

Does the "use last updated time as start" option cover what you're looking for? Running an extract configured for this daily will get you all work objects created between each run (if I remember correctly, you'd want to schedule it to start at 12:05am to get data for the previous day).
You could also use the -d/-D (pxCreateDateTime), -g/-G (pxCommitDateTime), or -u/-U (pxUpdateDateTime) parameters to specify the previous day and do it that way.

Thanks Nick for the reply.
We will try -u/-U parameters in the script..as this might resolve our issue if we try to pass the values for this in an automated way.
