BIX Extract Rule Filter Criteria Question

I am using BIX Extract rule in 7.1.8 version and I have a question. I want to implement Bix Extract rule in UI by passing a parameter.

1.In the "VALUE" field, I am getting an error as below. Is it possible to have a workaround on this?
