BIX- Extract rule throwing : Status Fail

Hi

Couple of days back installed BIX and it was running fine. Created 2/3 Extract rule and everything going on track.

Last tow days when I tried to open Extract rule. Rule is not opening and displaying below message.

Status fail

Message There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator

Can't copy entire log but the error message is:

Caused by:

Without the full stack trace, it is difficult to figure out the issue. If this is a security concern for your organization, please raise an SR and GCS could do a screen share with you figure out the problem. I am assuming this is probably related to bix library not getting compiled correctly. Can you open the bix library rule and try compiling it?

You can search for the following rules and hit generate library for them and then check if the error gets resolved.

There is no Library as such exist. surprise......

One important point my extract rules was working fine couple of days back.

Today i tried to re-import but the BIX zip/jar is already exist.

Does your current application have the Pega-BIX ruleset? If yes, when you look at the instance list for Rule-Utility-Library, these two are not visible?

yes Pega-BX is available. Added to App rule set list.

I have created couple of Extract rule everything was fine.....last couple of days these issue is raising

BIX related there is no Library.

Are you using BIX from the "additional products" of the Pega 7.1.8 distribution image?

Also, can you try re-importing the BIX ruleset again?

Please raise a SR with Pega with this details. It definitely looks like the import of BIX did not happen correctly leading to this issue.
