BIX- Getting Could not open the target database information object error in BIX Extract Execution

Hi,

 

I have created one BIX Extract rule in Pega 8.5.. While running manually getting success in execution but when it is running through agent its getting "Could not open the target database information object : Database-General Connection Exception 0 08006 HikariPool-1 - Connection" error.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

@SaswataD2739  this sounds like the target database -related jars on the Business Intelligence Exchange shell script are not correctly referred.   Please could you take a look at the suggestion in the following support article?

Note that  Pega cloud environment do not support JNDI from Pega 8.6.    Would request to use using the JDBC url instead of JDBC connection pool.
