Pega BIX extract - No instance found in database error
Hi Team,
We are currently using Pega 7.4 version. We are trying to extract few blob data columns to xml or csv format and using BIX to achieve this. I have installed BIX7.10.01 version and when I run the extract it display no instance found in the database.
NOTE: not running BIX from command-line. We are running the extract rule from Application.
Any suggestions to resolve the error.

Create indexes on the table with pxobjclass, pxcreatedatetime in one combination and pxobjclass, pxcreatedatetime and pzinskey in another.
