Upgrading from POP3(Email Listeners) to EWS(Exchange Web Services) OR GraphAPI.

Currently our application is running on PEGA 6.3SP1 and using POP3(Email listeners). We are planning to upgrade from POP3 to EWS(Exchange Web Services)or GraphAPI. Could you please share your inputs on this.

Hello, we are also facing similar issue with version Pega Smart Investigate 6.3. We would use the GraphAPI rather. Any inputs on this?
