upgrade issue while running migrate.bat file
We are performing platform upgrade from 7.1.9 to 7.3.1 for our client.
While running migrate.bat file through command prompt, build was not successful. Please find below error,

Exiting with Error
attached copy of migratesystem.properties file with masking few fields. Kindly advise what we are missing here.

Looking at the settings in the migrateSystem.txt file, it appears you're attempting to move* the records, but not the schema.
Did you already generate/apply the schema on the target system?
If so, was this using the same DB connection credentials?
*by "move" I mean copy.

Its my miss. that was the wrong file that i shared. below are settings i have done in migratesystem.properties file as per upgrade guide.
pega.move.admin.table=true
pega.clone.generate.xml=true
pega.clone.create.ddl=true
pega.bulkmover.unload.db=true
pega.clone.apply.ddl=false
pega.bulkmover.load.db=false
pega.rules.generate=false
pega.rule.objects.apply=false
Migrating and generating rule schema object is planned after migrating the rule schema to empty schema which is there upgrade guide. Kindly advise if i am missing something here.

Hi Nagaraj,
Can you try using the simple JDBC URL, like jdbc:oracle:thin:@<HostName:PortNumber>/<DB or Service Name> and test once. Hope this will resolve the issue.
