Error while running .bat file

Hi ,

When I tried to install 7.3 on my machine, I ran .Bat file but it's showing some error message as "Destination folder cannot be created"

PFA of the error message.

Windows will extract the files into the temp folder when you are trying to install. This error means there is a problem with the permissions of the temp folder.
